Terms of the Return/Exchange Policy

  • We accept the return or exchange of a product only if the said product is faulty, damaged in transit, it is the wrong specification or if the product you receive is different from what your ordered.
  • An item can only be returned/exchanged within 15 days after it has been delivered.
  • We can refuse the returns in case the item is found to be soiled, washed or worn.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at shop@rs2sos.local and we will get back to you.

 Return/Exchange process

  • Return/Exchange can only be done from your account.
  • Go to the ‘Orders’ section from your account. Click on ‘View’ for the relevant order.

 Self-Shipping

  • As we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us at your own expense.
  • To prevent any loss or damage during transit please pack the products securely. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with their tags still attached.
  • You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

  • PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  • As we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us at your own expense.
  • We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  • Delivery time can vary depending on the location of the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
  • You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can track it from your account on the website. Go to the ‘Orders’ section from your account. Click on ‘Track’ for the relevant order.
  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate the refund and it will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
  • Cancellation of an order is accepted as long as the products haven’t been shipped. We will not be able to change anything once shipped.
  • To cancel the order, go to the ‘Orders’ section from your account and then ‘Cancel Order’.

Terms and conditions for refund

  • Returns – The product amount will be refunded and will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
  • Cancellations – If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. This option is not available once the product is shippe (If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.)
  • Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the team, the refund will be done to your bank account.
  • Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the products (if available in stock at the time) or provide a refund into your bank account.

  • We update the customers via email once the refund procedure is initiated and the process can take up to 7-10 business days.
